Secret Santa gifts. have everyone bring a gift (set a price limit) and when everyone arrives have them walk up and pick a gift. whichever gift you pick, that’s the one you keep.

One of my favorite games to play with my friends is when you blow up balloons (no helium) and tape them to your ankle (best to wear pants or socks) and try to pop the balloons. Last one left with a balloonis the winner. It is really fun and easy. Remember to not wear shoes.

How about doing something for your community? Maybe ask everyone to bring 5 new pairs of gloves or packages of socks/underwear to be given to the local homeless shelter.
Or asking your guests to bring something to put into care packages for the military.
one activity you can do is have supplies to write letters to the Wounded Heroes that we have.
