I’m a senior in CIT and here is the project: create and ice breaker. You are a new manager at a company. your first goal is to get all of your staff to work together as a team. The problem is, very few of your staff actually know each other, even though they work together every day. you need to create an ice breaker to begin your first meeting of the year.

Your material(what materials and how much ill you need to prepare so that ur staff can complete the activity)

Your evaluation(how will u evaluate the effectiveness of the activity? what will u look for to see if the activity is successful or not)

GUIDELINES:activities should not make staff uncomfortable
avoid an activity which requires staff to give out very personal info.
